- Graduates automatically become members of the UWA Graduates Association (Convocation).
- Stay in touch through UWA's graduates/alumni relations area.
Information about graduation is sent to you with your classification of thesis letter.
Graduation ceremonies are normally held in March/April and September of each year. Final theses must be submitted by December and July respectively to ensure eligibility to attend.
The Graduation Office sets the deadlines for:
- Thesis corrections
- Applications to attend the graduation ceremony.
In some cases, you may need to lodge your application for graduation at the Graduation Office before you have completed your corrections/revisions in order to meet the deadline.
The Graduation Office provides information on:
- graduation
- graduation in absentia
- degree conferral.
Submit theses for examination several months ahead of these deadlines to ensure you graduate at these times.
