The GEOs provide support, training and development for higher degree by research students at UWA. All of these events are listed in the GRS Events Calendar.
GEOs provide inductions for newly enrolled HDR students, (including the FIRSTatUWA Facilitating International Research Students Transition program), are available for individual consultation on matters such as improving academic writing and establishing effective supervisory relationships, and provide advice online in the GRS webpages.
The GEOs also coordinate a professional development program for supervisors that supports the UWA Register of Supervisors.
